I was in Wis. Rapids for job training. Traveling to the Green Bay area often I've always wanted to try authentic Mexican cuisine from the shops I've seen there. Finally I get the chance, this place does not disappoint. The burritos are huge, tacos are traditional sizes and very flavorful. The ceviche is very tasty too. If you're a true lover of cuisine then you'll love this spot.
We travel all over the country, and get tacos everywhere we can. What a wonderful find! Absolutely fantastic tacos! Best Tripa Taco, and Elote I've had! Carnitas and Pastor were delicious. Horchata is great! The staff was friendly, courteous, and prompt. The restaurant is clean and looks great! Prices are food truck prices, so absolutely awesome. Don't pay $9 for some hipster taco, when you can have the best for $3!
A friend recommended the street tacos so we thought we’d check it out. As soon as we walked in felt at home. Staff was courteous and helpful while ordering. Food was wonderful. Started with chips and queso. Generous portions of both. Kids has cheese quesadilla and taco salad. My husband and I had tamales, street corn and tacos. All of it was very good. Only thing I would have changed was better tequila in the Margarita. Restaurant was clean and saw staff regularly cleaning while we were there. Will definitely be back! Thanks again to the staff for being so kind and helpful while ordering! Also enjoyed watching the Futbol game that was on tv.
Driving through town and starving looking for somewhere to eat found this little gem so thankful we chose this one it exceeded our expectations. So delicious. Fresh and worth every penny. Highly recommend
This place is unbelievably good. Why would you go to taco bell when this is in town? My husband loves the steak tacos and I love the tropical chicken and pork and pineapple tacos. Very fast service. Great prices. Amazing flavor. Love the queso! I will never go anywhere else for tacos as long as this place is open.
I am not going to lie, this place gave me by far one of the best steak burritos I've ever had. The food was excellent, the service was very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The chorizo-queso was very delicious, the elote was great, and like I said before, the steak burrito was amazing. Definitely will stop by this place again when I'm in the area again.
So wonderful to find a Mexican food restaurant where cheese is not the number one component. Really fresh cilantro, onion, lime, salsa... and so tasty el pastor and carnival tacos! The rice is tender and flavorful too. Thanks for a great meal !
You know. Mexican restaurants are hard to rate. A lot of times you're ordering at a counter. I understand the cost saving measure, but I am always a little remiss at the tip jar on the counter, and really no actual personal service. That aside, if I am just going to rate the quality and taste of the food? I would give it 5 stars and beyond. I have literally never received bad service, or food. To me that still means something. Its obvious the employees, and owners take pride in the work because every time I come in its really clean. Thanks for everything team Taqueria! Keep up the good work!

Hands down the best place to eat in Rapids! I eat there so much I don't take pics anymore. The ABC tacos are my absolute fave but the elote is wonderful, chori-queso is amazing. The tamales are great. Literally everything is DELICIOUS! The staff is always very kind and helpful and the prices are reasonable. There is definitely something for everyone there.
